Contact Form Data: When you submit a contact or demo request form, we collect your name, email, company name, phone number, and message content.
Vehicle and Deal Data: Our platform processes vehicle listings, seller contact information, deal details, inspection reports, pricing data, and related transaction information submitted by dealership users.
Communication Data: When dealerships use our SMS or email features to communicate with sellers, we process phone numbers, email addresses, and message content to facilitate and log those communications.
Website Analytics: We collect standard analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs to understand website traffic and improve our Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Process and respond to contact and demo requests.
- Facilitate communications between dealerships and vehicle sellers.
- Generate vehicle valuations, market analytics, and deal insights.

3. SMS and Mobile Data
Mobile phone numbers and SMS message content collected through our platform are used solely to facilitate communications between dealerships and vehicle sellers as part of the deal process. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS messages sent through our platform are logged for compliance and record-keeping purposes. Sellers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share other data with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in delivering our Services, including cloud hosting, email delivery (e.g., Microsoft 365), SMS delivery (e.g., Twilio), payment processing, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. Service providers do not have independent rights to use your mobile information for marketing.
- Within Dealership Teams: Data submitted to the platform is accessible to authorized members of the same dealership account.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After account termination, we may retain certain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics and aggregated data that does not identify individuals may be retained indefinitely.
